President’s Post – Signing Off for 2025
Before we all disappear into the madness and magic of Christmas, I wanted to stop, take a breath, and reflect on just how far we’ve come this year as an association.

After two years of active membership and integration within the NZSDA community, Julie and Blair’s hard work has paid off as they have officially been awarded Master Sign Maker accreditation.

New Zealand trade customers now have local access to the Ritetack instant grab adhesive range, with Computaleta appointed as the exclusive reseller for both Ritetack and Ritetack Xtra.

After only six years in business, and two years of membership with the NZSDA, Sign Pursuit have achieved Master Sign Maker accreditation, making them one of the youngest companies to achieve the standard.

It is easy to get caught up in the day to day production of running a busy sign shop. Many owners spend so much time inside the workshop that they rarely get the chance to explore new ideas, new tools, and new ways to improve their workflow. Expo is designed to change that. It brings the entire industry together so you can get hands on with the latest technology, talk directly with experts, and find practical solutions that strengthen your business from the inside out.

Our official ORAFOL New Zealand opening event was a massive success — welcoming over 100 visitors from more than 40 businesses across two incredible days!

As 2025 wraps up, we’re taking a moment to celebrate another busy year working alongside NZSDA members. At Network HR, it’s been a privilege to support the people behind the signs, helping businesses strengthen their teams, simplify their systems, and keep moving forward.

The sunshine has finally broken through what feels like an endless stretch of rain. If your experience has been anything like mine in Taranaki, you’ll know the rhythm: machines idle, the workshop gets a few extra sweeps, and even the simplest install feels like it’s forever waiting for a break in the skies.

And just like that we have one month left to square things away before the holiday madness takes over. I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling the silly season started early this year and the pressure is already on to get as much done in the next month as possible to ensure a roaring start to 2026.
