01 – Don’t Panic:

02 – Stay at Home:
If you are feeling unwell.
If you have a fever > 38’C.
If you have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19.

03 – Clean Your Hands:
Wash your hands frequently with soap for at least 20 seconds then
Dry thoroughly.
Use a hand santitiser containing at least 60% alcohol.
Wash hands after coughing, sneezing, and blowing your nose.

05 – Keep a Distance:
Maintain a distance of atleast 1m between yourself and anyone
coughing or sneezing.

06 – Be Mindful of Sharing:
Do not share food or utensils with others.

07 – Seek Medical Care:
Seek medical attention early if you are showing symptoms such as
Fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
Call the Heathline on 0800 358 5453 If you have been in contact with someone that has since been diagnosed with covid19.

08 – Avoid Touching.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth.

09  – Clean and Disinfect
Clean and sanitise frequently touched surfaces such as phones, desks, keyboards, doorknobs, handles etc.

10 – Avoid Vulnerable People
Eg the elderly, infants, or people with compromised immune systems due to illness or medical treatments.
