Jenrite / Sign supplies, Jenrite for sponsoring the booze cart, always a vital part of any good golf day and special thanks to Alia for helping on the driving duties. Thanks Kate Taylor Reid for manning (or should I say woman-ing ) the Ice cream cart generously supplied by Fuji Xerox.
It was particularly good to see a lot of signies participating and showing us that they are talented golfers as well as signies. The two tee start was not completely satisfactory, but was something beyond our control, however we all got it done in the end.
Apologies for my rapid exit, but Andy and I had a plane to catch and I am glad we left when we did. I am an Ex Aucklander and I have never seen traffic like this in all my life.
Special thanks to Melissa and Warren Linn for all their help. Organising an event this big is no easy feat and no longer a one man job. Thanks to Andy for manning the BBQ, his talents don’t just end with signing, move over Jamie Oliver!
Next year I believe is Wellington and we look forward to another good turnout and I will do everything in my power to get a shotgun start organised.
