We require the successful applicant to demonstrate the following abilities:

• 1 years minimum vinyl application and/or signwriting experience
• Able to work efficiently with good time management, with an eye for detail and maintaining high quality workmanship
• Able to work independently within a team of signwriters
• Able to take ownership for your own work, have a positive “can do” attitude and prepared to develop skills
• Be a team player, willing to step up when others need assistance or to get a high volume of work out the door
• Flexible, approachable, and able to problem solve
• Ability to consult with customers comfortably
• Have a high level of personal presentation and excellent communication skills
• Positively represent the company with everything you do
• Show initiative, drive, self-motivation and passion
• Have a sense of fun & enjoyment
• Have either NZ citizenship or NZ residency
• Hold a current Full NZ Driver Licence/ or be willing to get one.
