Position Description

Position title:                    Production Co-ordinator
Reports to:                         Managing Director
Internal relationships:   Production Manager, Operations team
External relationships:  Commercial Clients, Suppliers and contractors

Manufacture of 2D & 3D Signage
Engraved or laser etched corporate branding
Stencil manufacture
Plate & Panel manufacture
Specialist product cutting & manufacture
Engraved directional signage
Component design & manufacture
Manufacture of Tags and Labels
Prototyping
Cutting of CAD designs

Key purpose of the role:
The Production Co-ordinator is responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to customers. On approval from the customer the Project Co-ordinator is responsible for co-ordinating the successful completion of the project, on time, on budget to the customers specifications with the operations team.

Hours of work:
Generally 42.5 hours per week on a permanent full time basis. Usual hours worked will be 8am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. There will be the requirement for flexibility and overtime as required.
