In this role you will own and develop training programs that will help our industry grow and our people<br \/>\nto further develop their skill sets in their day to day roles.<br \/>\nSome of the key aspects of this role will be to maintain and implement the design, the course content and to<br \/>\ncommunicate training programs, processes and procedures in conjunction with the Executive boards<br \/>\norganisational goals. You will be responsible for documenting and maintaining training requirements and<br \/>\nrecords and ensuring these are always in an audit-ready state. You will also be involved in various internal and<br \/>\nexternal meeting groups to establish the associations set vision and goals.<br \/>\nFurthermore you will be required to help develop new marketing strategies and ideas for our growing<br \/>\nassociation and industry within New Zealand and to assist with the administration and event planning training<br \/>\nand workshop processes alongside the secretary when required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for the following in your skills toolbox:<\/strong><br \/>\n* Relevant experience and qualifications in training assessment and delivery<br \/>\n* Must have or can work towards an NZQA Unit Standard 4098, which is used to assess candidate<br \/>\nperformance.<br \/>\n* Experience in developing and maintaining training documentation and systems<br \/>\nie. Learndash and WordPress<br \/>\n* Knowledge of workplace training an advantage<br \/>\n* High computer proficiency in all Microsoft programs<br \/>\n* Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n* Strong technical writing skills with attention to detail<br \/>\n* Excellent organisational and planning skills<br \/>\n* A self-starter, go getter and a doer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hours of work:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe role will be a contract position to begin with until the role gathers momentum. Your working hours may<br \/>\ncomprise or begin with 15-30 hours per week. We are flexible about where and when the hours are<br \/>\ncompleted, but ideally between 9.00am \u2013 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
