Haines Signs has operated in Geraldton, Western Australia, since
\nthe early 1990s. We purchased it from Mick & Lisa Haines in
\nFebruary 2017. It had operated from 74 NWCH for many years
\nbefore we moved to our current location in March 2019. Existing
\nlease expires 1 March 2021 with 1 year option but landlord would
\nprefer 2 year options. Approx 260 sq.m. building with separate
\nworkshop which caters for vehicles up to small trucks and 4 offices.
\nA large sealed & air conditioned printing area.
\nLocated on North West Coastal Highway with high traffic volume
\nand plenty of parking.
\nWe service the entire region from Carnarvon to Meekatharra to
\nDandaragan and everywhere in between. The vast bulk of our
\nclients are other businesses that are involved in the retail, farming,
\nmining and fishing industries but we also do work for schools,
\nhospitals and other Government Departments. We also get work
\nfrom sign brokers from all over Australia who handle many
\ncorporate clients like the banks etc.
\nOur services include site visits (for measurements & photos),
\ndesign, manufacture & installation. The majority of the signs we
\nproduce are onto ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) but we also
\nuse signwhite, acrylic, banner material and coreflute. We have a
\nwide format printer which produces stickers, banners, vehicle
\ngraphics, boat graphics, shop fronts and large signs. We also
\nmanufacture illuminated signs with integrated LED lighting, 3D
\nlettering, \u201cA\u201d frames, banners & flags, honour boards.<\/p>\n

Premises are Leased with a 2 year lease, which is about to
